BIOGRAPHY
Love is the word that describes J. Pierre as an artist, and his ability to provide what his clients need.

As a professional visual artist with over twenty years of experience, J. Pierre’s extensive portfolio includes both corporate and private commissions, public murals and the official print for the New Orleans tricentennial, Oskar Blues Brewery to NOLA Brewery and the New Orleans Jazz Fest. His work also includes diverse artist projects such as set design, album covers, and product advertising. Along with his professional work, Pierre has been involved in the arts as an arts educator, bring his expertise and experience to the classroom.

Pierre was recognized in 2012 by Gambit, appearing in their ‘Forty Under 40’ edition, highlighting New Orleanians under the age of forty that have made significant contributions to the New Orleans area. Pierre has won The National Conference of Artists (NCA) “Most Outstanding Artist of the Year” award, and the “Sweet Arts Award” from the New Orleans Contemporary Arts Center.
